Fabric and Material:

All of our shirts are made with Soft style Cotton.  The shirts are 100% cotton for solid colors, while heather colors have polyester.

Some of the key features of the shirt are:

• Without side seams
• Ribbed knit with seam
• Shoulder tape
• Made from specially spun fibers that make very durable and smooth fabric

Care Instruction:

Shirt

• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry: low heat
• Iron, steam, or dry: low heat
• Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F)
• Do not dryclean.

Print/Design

• Before wash, turn shirt inside out
• DO NOT IRON OVER DESIGN.

Shipping Policy:

• Orders are shipped the next business day when order confirmation is received. 
• Shipment Tracking number will be sent to your email.

Pick Up Policy:

• Orders are ready for pick up the next business day. 
• Business Hours for Pick up: Monday to Friday ; 8:00AM to 5:00PM
• Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange, et al.:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. 

To start a return, you can contact us here. On the Contact Form, make sure to include the following details:

• Order Number
• Reason for Return (When requesting for an exchange of a shirt, we can only accommodate changes in size of the same color.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
